3. What product types are available?
- We offer floral arrangements for all occasions. Weddings, birthdays, funerals, just because, and every holiday.
4. Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use for online purchases?
- Any codes or coupons are announced as they become available. In most cases, offer codes are automatically applied.
5. Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?
- Yes, we need at least 48-72 hours notice for deliveries.
6. What areas do you deliver to?
- Currently we deliver to the Hartford County. Any other locations within a 50 mile radius will acquire an additional fee*
7. Is pick up available for orders purchased online?
- Yes, pick up is available. The address will be provided once payment has been received and your order is confirmed.
8. How are shipping and delivery charges determined?
- Charges are based on zip code and proximity. We have the right to refuse both if outside of our service zone.
9. What about substitutions?
- considering flowers are based on seasons, we ask all customers to be open to substitutes. We will discuss any changes prior to finalizing them.

- Same day delivery orders must be placed before 12PM.
12. What happens after I place an order?
- you will receive an invoice via email confirming your order.
13. Can I make a change to my order?
- yes, any changes to order must be provided within 24-48 hours if possible. Same day orders can NOT be changed.
14. Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
- If the area is safe and it is appropriate, yes.
15. Will you contact the recipient?
- Yes, information is provided for the recipient and upon your request.
16. Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
- In most cases, yes. The only time it will not be the exact is if the flower type selected is not in season at the time of your order. Any differences will be discussed with you.
